Mr. Magoo's situation reminded me to ask the following question. What situations dictate having your dealer provide a loaner bike while yours is being repaired? I know that while I was at my dealer last Saturday, two separate guys came into the dealership with bike issues. Both left on loaner bikes. At least one of the guys was leaving on a trip and his radio (just repaired by the dealer) quit working. He was given an EG Ultra loaner. I don't know the other guy's situation.
