03 Roadglide questions about Klockwerks flairshield
« on: June 26, 2008, 05:17:35 PM »

I have two questions; first have read both good and bad but I am 5''8" tall so i think I would be comfortable with the 12" shield. My first question is. I have a 2003 Roadglide and have a roadtek radar detector with the original Harley mount. The 12" looks like it may clear but even klock werks is unsure. Has anyone had any experians with the 12" and a radar detector?  Second Question. Does anyone have a tinted 12" flairshield that they don''t want? I am hoping to try one.

Thanks

I'm between 5"9" and 5'10" and could not use the 12" Klockwerks shied.  Very turbulent and wind both around my ears and eye level and up was terrible.  Had it on only a very short time and removed it.  Later it may have gone on a boat....

No I don't.  Sorry.  Actually did send it to a buddy who said he was going to mount it on his boat.
