That's a lot of money for an erector set?  It may be a fine piece of equipment.  But I'd cringe a bit putting such nice (and expensive) bikes as are common here on something that looks so much like a toy trailer.

What is your intended purpose w/this trailer? I wouldn't want to use it for long distance (any further then it would take to get the bike to shop if it were broke down). Looking at the specs (weight capacity) it should be alright, but not sure I'd feel comfortable w/using it for any distance.

Especially with the standard 9" wheels that it comes with.  The upgraded 12" aren't much better, IMO.  I would think that thing would bounce all over the place on any kind of a rough road.

I passed one similar to this one on I95 last week. It was all over the place. The guy was pulling a nice looking chopper in the middle lane. I couldn't wait to get around him.

I would question any product that suggests that your wife  or girl friend is going to hall it out of the explorer assemble it AND load and properly tie down the bike. That is obveasly BS at least at every home I know of.

I'm with the boys on this for sure.  there's NO WAY I'd put my scoot on that.  No way.  Sounds nice, but just way too    skimpy    !

I get the noids without 2 axles...bad.
Too many crummy trailer tires out there...The folks at CHL this June saw what can happen, my trailer was there..
A tire committed Hari Kari and wiped the fender off my trailer.

Still only if the bike was broken down and I couldn't ride it, and I would be nervous all the way there. Personally just doesn't look sturdy enough for me. Plus you know you can't believe everything you see on the internet.

yea, but you would have known about that tire a lot sooner if you only had one axle....   then it wouldn't have done so much damage?

So Steve you getting into that whole Harley thing You thinks you have to have a Trailer uh!    They don't break down all the time. You been reading too many of Howie's posts.
 
I still would be nervous as One NO FENDERS all that road junk coming off the road and slinging against the bike.  It just doesn't look sturdy enough for me either.  I had a blow out running 70mph and my trailer whip back and forth and finally quit when I was able to slow down.  Just glad I invested into a Wheel-Dock and good Ties. Just not much on the little tires carrying a 1000lbs.  Just my 2¢.

Problem is bumming a ride back from dropping of the bike for service and picking it up again.
The dealers are all 30-50 miles away.
My "old" dealer was less than 10 minutes from the house.  I had plenty of option for a ride then.
