I noticed the other day that the Road King I purchased to replace the "98" has an uneven crash bar. As I was riding home, I noticed that the bar extends

further on the left side than on the right. After I got home, I measured to the inside of the bar on both sides and there is 1" difference. 13" on the left

side and 12" on the right. The bar has had no damage and still has the original factory warning stickers.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am mystified that they may have that much tolerance on being centered.
