Federal Motorcycle Transport  shipped my bike from Los Angeles to Atlanta and back in 2010.  I found them from verious threads here.  They are a division of Allied Van Lines.  They were excellent but you might want to use the search function here to see other companies.

X2 Federal shipped a bike I bought from Minnesota to Florida without a hitch.  Also have friends that recommended them to me and they also had a mishap free transaction.

Start your search looking for a customs broker...then look at their shippers to find a reputable one. If you are from Southern Alberta, you may be better off getting it shipped to a dealer on the south side of the line and crossing the border with it yourself.

Now that's a good idea that I wouldn't have thought of!
