Thank you sir. Can't wait for my turn to ride her again. While she was getting her face lift, had the top end taken down, bored the cylinders .010 over, new pistons and milled the heads .080. She's going to be a runner!

Got her back today. Crappy day so no new pics yet.

Dynoed her:

80" Evo
Wood 6 cam
S&S E carb
Cycle Shack M pipes
9.8 - 1 compression

85 tq / 81 hp
SAE 0.98

Goes like hell and fun to ride. Just turn on the gas, turn the key and go. So much easier than today's scooters in some respects.

I bet it is.... better then 1HP for every cubic inch and to top it off on a light bike. :2vrolijk_21: When we going to see some pics w/the front end pointing to the sky? :D :D

I have to practice every now and then for when I do see them again. ;) Something about hearing the motor purr and the Rinehart's barking makes me do it. :D :D

It's great to see another FXR getting the love they need. Good luck on your project!  :drink:
