This year's 4th of July places a different prospective on the occasion for those of us that live in the USA for me.  In speaking with my son, who is in the United Kingdom as I type, he has been confronted with a number of issues being from the USA from the locals.

It would appear based upon his response, that the UK would review this date as just that IDEPENANCE and DO NOT COME BACK.

Of course there are a number of matters that could casue that opinion to-date.  However this has been the experience for most Americans forever.

Our thoughts and meaning of this event has a hole other meaning for others....
