I would never drive over the speed limit and I would never pass on a double yellow.......I'm a dainty rider!  But the guy behind me.......he's a maniac.....I would never ride like he does!

Hey there. Yes I see you picture of  the gas station and you are indeed close to where I ride. Thru the metroparks  and around Boston Heights, Richfield. Lets meet up next spring and ride it . I'm sure you have been on most if not all the roads thru there. I have a route I ride that brings me back home in a bout an hour or more depending on if I add other roads on way home. I don't enjoy riding in colder fall weather anymore. I can and have road in the dead of winter when it was snowing. I just don't enjoy colder weather . Ready to ditch Ohio for some warmer places....

Yes we will have to defiantly get together for a ride, I ride mostly South, RT62, 93, 250, 800, Mohican, Seneca Lake, Cambridge, to name a few, just seems to have more hills and curves.

When I was young and lived in California (1970’s) I would take more chances when riding my bikes. Now that I'm older, if I pass a vehicle and the driver attempts to pass me back, I let him. It's hard to win against an angry driver in a cage while riding 2 wheels. Even though I carry 100% of the time I would never draw my Glock unless I felt my life was in immediate danger and there was no other way to de-escalate the situation.

I ride twisty single lane mountain roads all the time and in my line of work, I drive about 1200 miles weekly in a company vehicle. You’re asking about 2 different situations in my opinion. First, if I run into someone experiencing road rage, I disengage by putting distance between that vehicle and myself quickly. Same for if I see someone driving recklessly endangering themselves or others. They could be mad or worse under the influence. Last thing I would do is pull a weapon.
Second, I generally ride much faster than most vehicles on twisting, I never pass someone and linger in front of them. All they see is my tail lights disappearing. If I run into someone who wants to race, I let them have their fun and keep a safe distance.
