2010 CVO sounds like steel balls hitting the rocker box about every 700 to 800 rpm. That noise is intermittent, not constant. Push rods (to my knowledge) are not adjustable.

The 110 engines are known to eat lifters like candy. Probably best to have someone open her up for an exploratory because a failed lifter can destroy an entire engine very quickly. When failing they usually squeal but one never knows and the 07 to 13 models are the worst.

Get it to the dealer and stop riding. As much as I hate to tell you to stop riding your bike. It could be rocker arms, lifters, however you one can tell you until you get the rocker box open. It may not be in the rocker box it could be coming from the lifters in any case you do not what you cause major damage to your engine. You'er riding an 2010 do you have any warranty on the bike. If you don't use a good Harley repair shop in you area. You don't what metaL going though you engine. Good Luck.
