Still not open from Wriightwood to Newcomb's Ranch. ETA for that section is 2012.

WOW! Greg is 100% correct on this. 2 weeks ago Donna and I rode up to Wrightwood for a quick lunch and ran into Marty and Paula. I asked Marty which route he took, and Angeles Crest was the answer, the whole way.
 So, if you So. Cal. riders want to have some fun soon, IT'S OPEN.
But beware, CHP is doing a crackdown this weekend....
