I had a Baker Hydraulic Clutch Cover and the Baker Clutch. I had the Clutch off for several days. When I installed the new Clutch there was a lot of Clutch drag. I guess the slave piston moved outwards and wouldn't allow a full disengagement. Pressure Plate travel was .057. I turned the adjustment inwards 1.5 turns and I was able to get .078" there is a slight dragon the new Clutch. The plates soaked in Spectro Harley primary oil for an hour. Tomorrow I'll test it off the stand if good on the driveway I'll take it out on the road. Is this normal? I wanted to make sure the EVO IND Stage-1 Terminator Clutch was working well before installing the AIM Lock-up Variable Pressure Plate.

Baker hydraulic clutch setup uses thier heavy duty throughout bearing at the piston. Doesn't use a bearing in the Pressure plate like HD does. Won't have to buy special Pressure plate when converting either way to or from a cable.

Does anyone know the best Hydraulic line I.D. ?
My clutch is still hard to Pull, I really can't tell any difference between the Hydraulic Clutch Pull and the Standard Clutch Cable Pul. I know there's a small Volume with the HD V-Rod 11/16" Master Cylinder.
Baker recommended 11/16" Master Cylinder and AN3 fittings but instructions don't specify the Hydraulic hose? Thanks
