Title: RED ALARM LIGHT ON ALL THE TIME

ALL OF SUDDEN THE RED ALARM LIGHT CAME ON AND DOES NOT GO OFF ALL THE LIGHTS ARE WORKING WELL.   PLEASE HELP.
CHANGED THE KEY FOB BATT AND THAT IS WHEN IT STARTED.
i HAVE A THUNDER MAX AS WELL AND CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM

Are you sure that the new battery is: 1) good and 2) installed correctly?  Does the bike start?

I have had experience with the alarm light coming on when there are problems with the bike. Read the codes to see if there is only other problems.

It means your bike has thrown a code. Once you fix the issue and clear the code, the red key light will go off.

If you have a Thunder Max installed you will need to reinitialize the ECM. 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. Do that 3 times and also check for any codes. That is why your light is staying on.
