CVO 2008 SEAC standard exhaust (int. version) PC V

Although dyno shows 92,5 hp and 140nm torque (104ft/lbs?), topspeed is lower than before without PC V and SEAC and dyno of only 80,5 hp! Possible explanation too much timing advancement and lean mixture at high rpm (they took fuel out compared to standard map!). Anybody a good map?
