I have the 2006 Autumn Haze and I see no paint issues.
Owned the scooter since Sept/05 and have waxed it with S100
If I may say so the bike shines

If anyone hears of any issues, I sure would like to be informed

My front faring does not match the rear of the fairing or the front fender.  The fairing is milky color compared to the other parts.  I have the Black Emerald and Majestic Green Pearl and it is the Black Emerald that is incorrect.  The dealer has agreed that it is incorrect and has ordered under warranty a replacement fairing.

I have noticed that the Black on one saddle bag does not match between the top and bottom.

When I picked my bike up there was a small crack in the clear coat on the top of the saddle bag lid, the dealer ordered a new one, it came yesterday.

A friend of mine works at a dealership and he just delivered a black/slate with milky paint.  they have submitted it as a warranty item.  Apparently it is an issue.

BLM, no problem.  Go there about once a week.  Used to go to Angelo's all the time also. After golf it's hard to be a cold "large".

Thanks Much!  I love this place!  I am a junky for Pics and news/chat/gossip since my CUSE is not in yet.

I am in North Austin.  Just moved here from PA in June.  I am riding my GoldWing, trying to find all of the Best BBQ in Texas.   ;D

However, I am slowing down because I want to have some new road left for my CUSE when it comes in... whenever that will be.  Also, w/4 young ones, my wife has only so much patients.

Cuse, next April 21-23rd, I'll be in Fredricksburg with the Texas Harley riders for our 2nd annual Hill Country Ride. Had about 25 bikes last year and based at the Frontier Inn. Lots of good fun and people. Basically we ride for about 200 miles and then stop for some of the Hill country's best BBQ. Then go back to the Hotel for cold ones, then repeat. Come join us. The Frontier is booked up, but the Country Inn next door has rooms available. Check it out at www.msn.groups.texasharleyriders.com
PS, I'm also biding time on a Gold Wing till mu SEU gets here. Starting to lose interest in it also.

I really hate to hear that you guys are having trouble w/ the paint on the new bikes.  That's at least 3 years in a row that the custom paint jobs have been problematic.  Maybe it's just not possible to do really custom paint jobs like candies, pearls, hand-striped, etc in a semi-producion process and have it turn out consistently good.  Sometimes more than money is involved in works of art.  I gotta admit, the HD CVO paint jobs are very nice when there's no problem.  8-) spyder

GC,  I have added it to my Calendar!  I will definitely try to make it, it sounds exactly like my kinda ride!  I think 5 months is enough time to find a baby-sitter  ;)

ps:  The link (http://www.msn.groups.texasharleyriders.com/) doesn't work.
I looked around and found it:  http://groups.msn.com/TexasHarleyRiders-/.
