I noticed this past week that my throttle grip sticks and especially when I'm shifting from 4th,5th and 6th gear it seems like I'm over reving in those gears. This just started happening after the bike sat in rain during the day last weekend. Is there anything I can use to lube it up and make it operate normally? Could it be the Throttle Body Flapper Sticking?

Seems to me if the throttle was sticking, it would be doing the same thing through all of the gears not just the top three. I suspect something else is awry.

Mine stuck a little bit when I first got bike. I loosened the bar clamp that holds throttle grip and put some never seize on a qtip and brushed a real small amount on the grip rib that fits in the clamp. Never stuck since.
