Vance and Hines vs stock 09 RK headers
« on: October 05, 2009, 03:13:36 PM »

Currently have Rinehart's slip-ons, matched up with stock pipes, big sucker, and PCV. Was considering switching out the stock headers for Vance and Hines true duals. Wondering what the major difference between the two pips are? Besides the 2-1-2. I expect there will be a slight increase (2-3) in hp/ tq. The Rineharts sound is too quiet, so I'm hoping that the sound/volume will increase some what also? Or should I just switch everything out with V/H Big Shot True Duals? Would appreciate any info. Thanks!

most of the volume comes from your header pipe, tone is attained through your choice in mufflers
