2007 seat fit on a 2008

Found a 2007 stock seat online will it fit my 2008. thanks

Yes indeed , it's the same seat for both model years

NOT the same at all as the 2009

The seat will also fit any 200 rear softail with Bobtail rear fender

So did you " buy and try " ?

I have a 2008 in good order , but I bought from US ebay a "new bike take-off" seat a year or so ago .  Sitting boxed and soft wrapped in my "man cave" ( with LOTS of other parts haha...)

Just to keep for the future kinda thing. The dealer close to me in Perth Western Australia only ever sold 2 of these 2008 FXSTSSE2 CVO Springers when they were new , so NO CHANCE of finding a good used seat in Australia !
