Cable Kits for Apes?

Ordered 16" apes for my '08. Anybody found cable kits for our CVOs for this application? I found them for non-CVO bikes and even used the Burly kit for my non-CVO softail when I put apes on it. I haven't had any luck so far searching the net for them. I hate to have to order individual cables separately and deal with the whole length guessing game thing.
