this thread is exactly why I try to do everything myself. there's a lot of well-meaning techs out there but unfortunately (from what I've seen) they are outnumbered by the bad ones. I'm not sure if the bad ones are disgruntled by the pay, working with people or what. I've always been super polite and grateful to my techs. I'm even understanding to mistakes. they happen to everyone. negligence is unforgivable though.
