Where is the best discount?

I am trying to find a certain rack for my tour pac, it is 79148-06 in the '06 catalog.  I have been buying from the Crystal River dealer in Chicago, they give 20% off, but they won't have it till mid September.  I don't know if anyone will have it before then, but anyone that knows of similar discounts, if you could post it, I will try each of them to see if anyone has it.
