What's the bike lift of choice?
« on: December 15, 2009, 05:31:29 PM »

I'm looking at purchasing a (manual) lift for the bike and wondered what everyone suggests is best?

It has to be low enough to easily get under my bike that has low profile shocks and progressive springs.

Thanks for your input.

I just did some research on this myself. A lot of people are recommending either the J&S jack or the Pitbull. I went for the Pitbull since it raises the bike 7" higher than the J&S, but it is more money. Pitbull is having a special on their website for $400--not cheap but after seeing the lift in person I was sold. There are videos of both lifts on the sites.

There are cheaper lifts out there, but with all the money we put into these bikes they should be raised by the best possible lift.
