Bubble?  Bubble Wrap.   Indeed, virtual bubble wrap you can pop online!

http://www.virtual-bubblewrap.com/popnow.shtml

OK..........so, does this mean those who make their scoots hibernate through the winter can now do it..........virtually?

I am SO glad I live in the South!   :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

You know what they're talking about Brian.  It's that "weather" thing.  Earthquakes, mudslides, fire and wind; WEATHER!

Don,
I'm afraid the only way to survive that kind of "weather" is to head east.  It would doggone sure run me off.

They work ok...I like how my wifes cats can't get near it or if something dropped or bumped it helps protect the Oldster.  with the time a money I have wrapped up in it, the price was not prohibitaive from ebay delivered around 110.

I have noticed some dust accumulation after 2 weeks so I am putting better filtration on...Be careful not to put too much negative pressure on the intake side.

Didn't know whether to put this here or the Turntable thread. Better put it in both!

I think I'll put Christmas Lights all over the bike. And Santa on the seat. Then put it in a HD Bubble and put that on a Turntable. Then I'll get a hi-speed motor to spin the Turntable. I'll put the whole thing out on my front lawn and use it as a Christmas Display! :o ::) :D

I think that TV up there could still do some damage. :nervous:

I was wondering about the actual dust protection.  I am going to get a quote on a heater for the garage next week.  If that comes in "reasonable," I'll probably opt for that and then just put some indoor covers on them to try and keep them a little cleaner while they're sitting there than if they were out in the open.

Anyone have any experience with the Harley bubble?

Yeh, I have one, it's a wonderful novel idea.  As you would expect you use it all the time at first but now only when the weather is inclement.

I think it is a good piece of kit.  My mate brings his mates round to see my bike under it.   I have to say that on reflection it is somewhat excessive but hey, we own a Harley and we are execessive  :apple: :carrot: :jalapeno: :nervous: :coolblue: :cherry:

An old topic, but it's time to start thinking about winer storage in many parts of the country.  Anyone have any comments about the Harley bubble pro or con after using last year?  I'm thinking about picking 2 of these up since I will not have easy access to my climate controlled storage this year and will be leaving the bikes in the garage here at the house.  Another question . . . how easy or hard is it to get the bikes in and out in case there's a nice day on a weekend to excerise them?

See my previous email but there great and they do what they say they do.

ONE TIP I HAVE IS TO PUT A HUMIDIFIER INTO THE BUBBLE BEFORE SEALING IT - YOU WILL BE AMAZED THE AMOUNT OF WATER IT CATCHES
