That's my plan also.  I had the streamliner kit on my 09 SG but removed them before trading it in.  I think they are around $360 for the complete kit.  I just ordered the Rumble inserts for $220.  Either way you go, its still expensive.  Also moving the rear pegs to the crash bar using small highway peg attachments from custom chrome.  much cheaper than the HD attachements.  

Pretty sure I paid $89.00 each at Chicago Harley always 20% off online still cheaper than the individual parts.
