Thank you....

What is the problem that I keep reading about with the oil leaking at the cylinder?  Is it due to the lean fuel mixture and the extra heat that leaning causes or bad seals or gaskets?  What is the best proven solution for the problem?

The rear cylinder leaking (seepage actually) was in the 07 110 engine and the MoCo came out with a "product enhancement" for the engine.  I had it done on my 07 and haven't had any problems with it since.  The newer 110's don't share that issue.

The Twin Cam engine was introduced in 1999, on Dyna's and Touring models (rubber mount).  The Twin Cam B engine for the Softails (rigid mount, counterbalanced engine) was introduced in 2000.

The CVO 110 engine is the same stroke as the TC 96 (and the CVO 103), the increased displacement comes from a larger cylinder bore.

Don't you have to split the cases to make a 96" a 110"?? When you change the rods during this, wouldn't that change the stroke--or are the cases coming apart for another reason?

The cases come apart to bore out the spigot holes in the cases for the larger cylinders.  The crank stays the same.
