Chip, Nancy, Suzanne, and I had a conversation in MV about how we need LESS living space to clean/take care of, and MORE space for our toys and related gear.  If I get to build another house for retirement, 1500 feet, laid out well, is the most I'll need, so Chip has the right idea, IMO.

I ain't entertaining no executives, so room for me, Suzanne, the dogs, and a bro or two when they come through the area is all I'm going to need.  Gots to have my toy room though... ;D ;)

Many Congratulations Chip.  What a great looking bike.  We love that RG look.  It was an orange and black one that first caught Jamey's eye and had him look into what the CVO lineup was all about.  A few more years to actually get the big bug.  That is a lot of baggers you got now, though.  Enjoy!

Congrats on the bike, that is my favorite color on those SERG's.  I have a riding buddy who has one and I bought that tank off of ebay and have it on display in my office with several other tanks.  Ride and enjoy.
