The California Highway Patrol is looking for a motorcyclist who may have been shot by an officer Sunday. The CHP says the driver was going 120-miles-per-hour on I-80 through American Canyon. During that chase, the motorcycle swerved onto an off-ramp in Vallejo.
The CHP says he was trying to hit another officer who was pulled over on the side of the road. That officer was about 20-feet away and opened fire. Sergeant Bill Wylie, California Highway Patrol: "In self-defense, he fired one round at the motorcyclist. It is unknown at this time whether that round hit anyone on the motorcycle."
Officers say the driver was riding a new model silver (let the good times roll) Kawasaki and had a female passenger.
WHat a dumb chit! [smiley=soapbox.gif]
