Mine  did,for a long time until the front wheel bearing went out at 15,000 miles replaced it and better that it ever was ,was bad since new.No more front end issues.I remember the day I bought it new and told the dealer front end felt different,They greased the Head Bearing  checked  and adjusted the fall and tires pressure and said it was fine.Scared the hell out of me when it went out crossing a bridge. My non Harley shop fixed it with the new bearing ,rides better than new.Lesson Stay as far away as possible from  a Harley Davidson Dealer. They are for one thing now days Clothing and to sell you a bike, and make as much money possible from you.
