Life begins just outside your comfort zone and you havent lived until you push a full dress harley on a hot day up a grade because your low mile twincam fell apart, and your convinced it's to bitchen to leave it there.           Ugh pardon me but do you have any beer?

Turtle rock bar & cafe nestled in the napa valley wine country. It's along State route 128 approx 18 mi east of St Helena, CA. Not only is hwy 128 a great ride ( in my top 20 for CA) Turtle rock is a stop that has to be made! Since 1980 turtle rock has been making some of the finest hand rolled Egg rolls anywhere in the world.
As you walk up to this bar you will find locals and bikers alike sitting around tables and chairs out front within feet of your scoot. To inside the bar there must be 50,000 $1 bills hanging, taped ,tacked up everywhere with sharpie marker on them. Names, quotes etc. it's by far my favorite place to stop and grab a chair out front. Sit and enjoy a cold one!

Greasewood Flats, AZ is closed.

Jakes Corner - Jakes Corner, AZ near Payson is good for a burger, no six pounder but good and certainly friendly. Old Stage stop.

Life's journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out shouting Holy Chit......... What a Ride!

For those guys from the south.......and Andy...the Waffle House is headed west.

Saw one on the west side of Phoenix as I was headed home from the Ouray GTG.
