Last summer someone had listed names of places that install tuners and do other work. There was a guy in Rockford IL that came highly recommended and I have spent the last hour searching for that post but no luck!

Does anyone know the guys name and number?

Don't know about Rockford but Jim Kennedy is in Mantoon, IL and is very good. You can find him on here under strokerjlk.
