I have had issues with the rear brake light switch as well. Simple changeout, take about 15 minutes.Had the same issue with mine before... changed the rear switch and all was well.  Ride Safe, Fired00d  |

I am going to go along with SIKBIRD. Ride it and change at your 5000 mile interval. I am not a motorcycle tech, but I am a 40+ year ASE master tech so I have seen inside an engine or two.
