I noticed it, then started riding around with my high beam on, and didn't even get flashed by cars. Won't be a problem after tomorrow because I'm getting the daymaker headlight installed

Would you be able to give me the part number for the headlight?

My LED is amazing day or night, made by truck parts.  Also run the 4 inch Led spots as well.

When I picked up my CVO Breakout the headlight was not properly adjusted.  If you are sitting on the bike it should shine 2.1" lower than the center of your headlight at 25' from your front axle.  I adjusted it and is much better.

Correct me if I'm mistaken again, but are we talking about the 5.5" tiny headlamp the style over function folks at Harley still put on many of their bikes?  If so, I'd think a 7" conversion would be a good idea.  If you've only got one light up front, I'd think you would want the biggest one you can get and style be damned.  And spots wouldn't be a bad idea either.  And it helps if the lights are actually aimed correctly.  The number of bikes I see with misaligned lights is amazing.

Yup - it's the 5.5in light. I went ahead and bought the DayMaker for mine - never considered what the 7in would look like...

Is there a 7" that would be an easy conversion?  I would go with the Truck Lite 7 and save a lot of moola and have a better light.  Good idea Jerry!

I was thinking about the 7" until a mate parked his Fatboy beside the Breakout. They are too big for the style of the breakout. So I too have ordered the 5 3/4 day maker in chrome.

Does Truck Lite make one to fit the Breakout?
