Eric used the original CVO cables, no change there.  He had to change the speedometer bracket (expensive part), and the the chin spoiler had to be modified a little bit it does not fit the Breakout perfectly.

I just spoke with Eric at Performance NC Carrier HD.  He's the one that modified that breakout (nice guy).

He told me that he simply used the risers and the black drag bar that comes stock with the Breakout (not CVO).  He simply got the bar chrome plated.

Yes, it is 1-1/4" diameter handlebar

It's the same diameter but do you want to change the bar without changing risers ?  You would have to lean on the gas thank no?

No I was just curious about all the other controls fitting correctly, I know I need to change the risers if I am going to use the std Breakout bars

Now that would be a funny position on a Harley. Kinda like a cafe racer except your legs are extended forward as well as your arms and upper body.
