Nice trim #1

Here is something I came up that looks great. New use for Softail chrome rear fender strut hardware. The beveled trim washer and button head fastener are perfectly sized and add a rich finished look. HD pay attention.

Any of the Softail pre-packaged kits will work.  Part # 94561-07 I think has the most bolts of the correct size. Check the dealer display board. There are several different year applications that only vary in quantity and have the same button heads and washers.

Is the back of the washer a butt end of steal or is it flat. If it is not flat what do you think it will do to the painted plastic faring. Is this a washer that applies normally to a leather piece. I like the look.

They are flat . The SERG has a spacer collar that prevents getting too tight. No worry about the paint. Retail for the hardware is about 40 bucks. You will have a few extra for other places like the bottom crash bar bolts. those look great with the washers there too. :2vrolijk_21:
