Well for Xmas I was lucky enough to get a GoPro Hero3 Black Edition. I've done one quick ride on the bike but struggling to resized it down enough to post. Will do another one soon with the GoPro at a low quality setting so I can post.

Who else uses a GoPro or Similar and show us your ride footage.

Just got one of these also. For some reason (probably work computer setting) I can't see your video but from the small preview box I can see that you have the camera mounted on the crashbar (?) and there does not seem to be any vibration. A friend has one and he has terrible vibration when he mounts it on the handlebars or crashbar. How is yours mounted and what settings are you using?

Thanks for posting video. Brought back some great memories of riding it 4 times last spring, on a cross-continent tour (FL to CA to NC to SD to Alberta). The Dragon was the only hiway that we rode more than twice.

Ive always wanted a gopro but i think the time lapse feature would be for me. Anyone have their long ride condensed into a short time lapse??

You just need to edit them down to a tolerable length, very easy to do.

Tried to record the ride through the Skyline Drive in VA using a chest harness. The POV was great, very little vibration or jitter on the recorded video; however, the dark screen on the fairing blocked the riders out front! I would need to remove the fairing when I go riding with Jimmy in a couple of weeks to make sure he is visible!

Also, I used the same music as another member (don't remember who) because it is a great song and does not have copyright issues.

As always, video's on YouTube look a lot better if you go to "settings" (the little sprocket in the lower right hand corner once the video starts), select the highest quality, e.g., 1080HD, then restart.
