Greetings from Tucson. Been riding for 40 years. Just picked up a lightly used 2021 Burnt Bronze CVO Street Glide with 225 miles on it last month. Going on 4500 miles, getting ready for 2nd oil change. Bone stock so far except for the Ciro 3d highway mounts and pegs. (Highly recommended) It's a nice riding bike! Looking though the posts to get exhaust options that don't affect the warranty. Fullsac looks promising. Stay Cool....

Congrats on the new ride and welcome.
Just got a 2021 CVO Streetglide myself and love it.
I did the fullsac headers and mufflers on mine along with the 131ci kit. I am crazy about the fullsac. Great sound and power too.
Enjoy your trip.
I did almost the exact same thing right after purchase. Went to Laconia rally around 5000 mile trip.

Welcome to this outstanding source of knowledge, information and camaraderie.
Unfortunately you will need to leave a CAT on your bike to maintain your warranty, either in your head pipe (where it is now) or switch to Harleys Screamin Eagle "performance" exhaust which CAN have the cats in the mufflers alleviating the cat in the header. You'll also need to stay in EPA compliance with the mothership for any tuning you will (after it becomes available in the aftermarket) want to do. Some have found ways around it, they say, but Harley has us in a stranglehold (sorry Ted) if you truly want to keep 100% of your warranty. Most, like me, just say scew it and move forward. There are several options for you out there for slip-ons or probably the most popular choice for exhaust on this site are these tried and true performance upgrades https://fullsac.com/
