With Californias current budget crisis they need to immediately make some cuts!!!

Perhaps completely eliminating the CARB board is a good first step :nixweiss:

Yeah, but they will appoint a committee to study that proposal and ask us taxpayers to pony up the money to see what the viable alternative would be to keep even MORE government employees on the payroll.
Eliminate one government office, and you create two to take it's place!
Our deficit is not deep enough yet, we're on track to surpass the National debt!
Does government ever change?? Nope.
Don't get me started!! LOL

Been there, done that!
It's easier (for me, at least) to just cut the collector apart, remove the material, and weld back up. The locations of the sensors need to be in a specific area of the collector casting.
