Thanks for all the positive feedback!
As with most mods, this started as "I wonder how a 9182 would look painted black".

:)
nice job..........real nice I thought of leaving the bus light and painting a regular frame ..but you took it to a new high.......

Best I've seen by far.

<to everyone> Thanks again for the great feedback!!

With paint and everything, how much $ did you have into this?

Well -
I have about 6hrs in modifying the Kury frame (yeah ... too bad it doesn't come this way).

I don't want to talk about the price for paint, I'm sure there are painters on the forum that want some business and I don't want to ( nor can I )put a price on talent. Suffice it to say I got a fair deal, although the end result could have been better. The lines on the lettering are not as sharp as I would have liked. I'm sure that it's just me, but it is there nonetheless.

So back to the post here is all I can say:
Getting an SESG in Spiced Rum                  $30,999 (MSRP)

Getting an SESG with my Licence Frame      Priceless!!

The cool thing is that once you make it yours - it really IS priceless!! So how much $$ do I have in it?
ALWAYS ... too much!!

Thanks again for the GREAT feedback ... MOD ON!!

Wow, Very nicely done. I wondered why Harley made such a great looking rear fender on my new CVO but then stuck an ugly license plate mount on it? Wish someone would come out with a production curved license plate frame for the new CVO's! Yours is awesome!!

Hey TIF2,  I just ordered the same mufflers and headers for my bike.  Wondering what you decided to do about the tuner.  My local bike shop (not my dealer) convinced me to go with the PC V and the auto tune.  Seems like it should be a nice set up.

That is simply AWESOME.  Not an original statement, but very true.

Great work.

FWIW: I was out riding today on my 2010 CVO Street Glide and decided to stop by the local Harley dealer.

I was curious about why my security key on the speedo was on constantly.

A friend of mine who is a Master mechanic said that is was because of the Kuryakyn 9182 tag bracket. It needs one of those voltage adjusters like we used for the turn signals.

Anybody else having this issue??
