FXR2 drag bar suggestions
« on: April 08, 2007, 02:28:22 AM »

Let me start out by thanking everyone here for the wealth of info available. I tried a search but had little luck answering my questions. I'm a newbie and I'm looking to swap my stock bars for a set of drag bars. Any suggestions for a drag bar setup on a FXR2. Will they work with the stock risers or will I have to get extended risers? I'm looking for a setup similar to Killjoy's. I really like the looks of those bars and the scoot for that matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info Naitram. I never even considered an integrated riser but I like the look.

Since the idiot lights on my bike are incorporated into the stock clamp, I decided to go with the Chubby drag bars that mount via the stock clamps. Thanks for the help. I'll post some pictures once they're installed.
