They would sell yours for over 20k.  Just go on cycletrader.com or other sites and you be able to see your type of bike is going for

BTW the blue paint and handed painted eagle on your bike is a rare beautiful job.  Now they just slap on a cheap HD logo on the tank and call it good ....RG exception

My dealer gave me the same quote as this.  At first I was offended, then looked at what they are selling for at auction and on line, and that's actually a fair offer.  The other issue with mine is that it has so many aftermarket parts, including an S&S 124 engine that they couldn't put it on the floor and offer any kind of warranty.  I'm shipping my old bike out to NC to my son so that it can stay in the family.

This whole process has really made me rethink about adding all of the aftermarket stuff on the bike.  While I had fun doing it, I'm not sure beyond pipes and a good tune that it was worth it.  Oh, hell yeah, it was worth it ;D

I love the S&S 124.  Combined it with Fuel Moto header and pipes and a tune and wow!  Beyond great dyno numbers, the bike is a blast to ride.  I put the motor in after the 110 crank went out.  I have about 20,000 miles on the motor, and I rode it yesterday before I prepped it to get shipped.  Still as strong as the day it was put in, if not better.

I'm happy it's staying in the family, my son is going to have a blast on that bike!
