Yes, you'll get an accurate reading for that ambient temp.  But check it again when the temps change.  Higher ambient temp will give a higher pressure reading and vice versa.

Yeah, 'er 'uh, kng103--Tire pressure is very, very important!  I think the HD Owners Manual recommends 38 in the rear and 32 in the front for my Bagger.  However, I found 40 in the rear and 38 in the front, coupled with two shots of grease in the gooseneck, eliminated my high speed wooble.  If you're running out West, or Hot Weather here, keep a close eye on those pressures.  They WILL go up and cause major problems, like blow a tire. I do 36 front / 40 rear.

37 front, 40 rear.  That's what a Dunlop Technician I spoke with recommends, mainly for tire mileage and overall performance on our bikes.  At least we're all consistantly agreeing on the rear at 40 lbs. [smiley=balloon.gif]
