Tall boy handelbars on CVO Ultra

I have a 2013 CVO Ultra.  I do not like the way the OEM bars feel with the turn in handgrips.  I am wanting to change out to the Tall Boy handlebars.  Has anyone done this?  Will the OEM hydraulic clutch, brake and TBW all work or will I have to change any of the cables?  Thanks
