Lemme see if I've got this stright. The guy bought a custom helmet for  $$??  (obviously not cheap)  had it stolen and paid another $140 and still doesn't have the helmet. Meanwhile, the guy who stole it probably still has the $140 because his case hasn't come to court and most likely won't no court is going to waste it's time on petty theft of $140.

Here's what I'd do. I have an open "arrangement" with some old bros. If they need "assistance" on an issue where their face shouldn't be seen, then I deal with it. If I need "assistance" they deal with it.  I'd have the helmet in hand, the thief would have a broken effin arm and the cops would never have been involved.

FYI, this is one of the things that marks the difference between an Outlaw and a Criminal.

State or local time in the Harrisburg area can be a little rough. Dauphin(sp?) county takes no chit and locks everyone up. They recently popped Mob associated Louie DeNaple on perjury over his gambling permit.

Jurors last month convicted Christopher J. Blatnik, 23, of theft. He had claimed he had found the helmet while jogging at 1 a.m.

However, Grove can't wear the helmet just yet _ it's sitting in an evidence room until Blatnik's appeals end.
