Thanks AJ- I sincerely wish Indian the best of luck. I was one of those that had a 2002 Chief Roadmaster and wanted to "Live the Dream". Alas in May of 2003 I got my first H-D- a SERK and I tell you the Chief was every bit as gorgeous! Whatdayathink?

Wow, Capo! Methinks I like it.
It amazes me how the article emphasizes that the CVO lineup has no competition and many are looking for an alternative.

Now that's a hell of a bike - how reliable was it and do you still have it?

Mark, you know your wife still hasn't seen the "new" bike. Maybe you could work out a deal with Capo.

78 days before IMC went into receivership they paid me 99 cents on the dollar for all I had in the Chief (including every add on) and it went back to Gilroy. In 11 months I had 2 bikes with three engines total. I slammed her and she was a wee bit stiff after that, but rode well. Major engineering issues as well as swing arm alignment causing rear brake failure via a warped disc and nearly 60 days of down time. I do believe the new company has resolved all the engineering issues based on everything I have read. I will say she handled great and one improvement I hope they make is to isolate that v-twin. The vibration was significant. The license plate was TAZA the Sioux nation chief, son of Cochise and brother of Naiche. It was a head turner wherever we went.
