The European system adds the capability of issuing automated tickets for vehicles that appear to have faulty brakes.

So they're going to ticket you for APPEARING to have faulty brakes????!!!!!!!WTF??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Well, the electric cars (all vehicles) will eliminate the noise problem (except for the electronics) won't they?  :nixweiss: And, how long before that's all that will be allowed?   :-\  spyder

Electric cars are very dangerous, blind people can't hear them and end up getting run over.

I'm just saying for safety's sake we should outlaw electric cars.

I hope you are being sarcastic here.  What idiot blind or not crosses the street by sound?  What would you do in Manhattan at an intersection?  Get old and die.

Sound might help in Bumfu*k but not in the city.
