Erik Buell Racing has not given many signs of life lately, but the end of July, we learned that an investment group had decided to inject $ 20 million in the small matter of Erik Buell. First Pathaway Partners is the group behind this important financial trunk. With this money, Buell would soon expand its range and propose three new models more affordable.
So far, only the RS 1190 is produced by Erik Buell Racing. It costs $ 40,000 and is available in small quantities (only 100 units for 2012). With the SX and AX versions coming in the next three to four years, the American manufacturer is considering moving internationally.
