Sometimes justice isn't enough. NOt sure what the sentence will be but it won't bring anyone back.

I'm sure many of us recall the incident. 

Now, after two trials:  Michael Jakscht, 49, was found guilty on four counts of manslaughter and multiple counts of aggravated assault.   Very disconcerting that: Jakscht's first trial last year ended with a hung jury deadlock 9 to 3 for acquittal.  Either he was on meth or not.  Either the truck malfunctioned or not.  Just a bad case all the way around.

The only good to come from this is that people in that area know they arn't going to just walk away after killing a biker like they can every other town in th US with a " I didn't see them" or "my brakes didn't work" .

Will be interesting to see what the penality turns out to be for the driver....until there is more than a slap on the wrist for running over bikers, no one will pay any attention.  spyder
