Startron, anytime gas sits in the tank.

Is there supposed to be a benefit from using them together?  I've used Stabil for winter storage with good results then used Seafoam to help clean engine internals AFTER winter storage.

I use a Star Tron "shooter" at each fill. (The little one-ounce bottles that I refill from the big bottle at home.)

2 years ago, my Softail was hesitating, sputtering and popping on acceleration.

I bought all of the pieces to rebuild the carb when one of the mechanics told me to use Sea Foam.

Now, when either bike starts acting sluggish, I put 1/2 can of Sea Foam in the tank and ride it around a bit then, I let it sit for a week to soften-up the build-up.

I ride the heck out of it the next weekend fill her up and then, typically, NO sluggishness.

Otherwise, a second-round with Sea Foam and she's cured.

I do NOT mix for storage over the winter ... Star Tron ONLY!   ;)

Seafoam and Startron should both be names of Guardians of the Galaxy.

Been using PRI-G fuel treatment at our marina for years and have had zero issues with ethanol and we leave several hundred gallons sit in a steel tank right next to the river over the winter. We buy it by the gallon which treats 2000 gallons. A quart treats 512 gallons and costs around $35. I have fuel treated with it in a Stihl chainsaw that has been in there for 4-5 years and still starts on the second pull. Supposedly it renews old sour fuel so you can still use it without having to siphon it off and depose of it. Most prepper sites sell it for long term storage of generators. From their site.  http://www.pri-fuel.com/gflyer.pdf
