Congrats on the new scoot Brian. I'm halfway thru year 7 of owning my SERK. And I must say I still love riding it. Dont think I will ever part ways with it.

Well Brian didn't I tell you not to ride JR's because this would happen, I had the same trouble when I rode Jock's bike in Tahoe. About the mods like I said at dinner in Memphis keep it simple Fulsac x pipe 2" baffles and  maybe fueling 574's with tuner. I think Chip & Jock would agree, keep the front end and stay with the stock shocks atleast for now! Congrats on this beautiful bike!

10+ yrs on my SERK and i feel the same way, but as the miles add up i start to wonder when it might make sense to part ways and start over

That's what I said back in dec.   I had 72k at the time.  I was thinking maybe I got my monies worth.   Sure wish I could get my number on it now.  Enjoy it. You don't get to this very often.

I agree Don! My banana was my first love (of motorcyles ) It was a difficult decision to move on but now that I have, I can honestly say I have no regrets! I don't think I will ever have the run of emotions I experienced getting my nana however, I love everything I have in my Yellow Jacket and am glad I moved on.
