I was needing a new back tire for my 2011 SESG and quickly realized I was stuck buying the $300 tire from a Harley dealer.  I got a quote from the dealer I usually go to and it was $296 plus tax.   part# 44006-09

There is a new dealer in our area so I emailed them for a quote.  Sean the parts manager gave me this price.  $217.71 plus tax

I went and bought the tire.

I emailed him this morning to see if he was willing to offer this to anyone and if he would ship tires.  He emailed me back and said he would.  They use UPS and will give you a tracking number.  Check with him for shipping costs.  Lower 48 only.  He said stock is limited but will be placing a large order soon.

Had that issue with my '11. Lucky though my dealer always gives 20% off tires to anyone that walks in the door. Shouldn't have that issue with the '15.

That's a great price.  I bought tires a few months ago and Surdyke HD had the best deal I could find:
Front: Dunlop D408 130/70B18. $170.36.  HD part # 44026-09A
Rear: Dunlop D407 180/55B18. $237.56.  HD part # 44006-09
