I got new 12 in shock in the rear and was concerned if I need to lower the front of my 14 CVO LimIted.

no, you don't need to.  by putting on the 12'' shocks, you have essentially put it at the same stance as the road glide custom, or street glide (including the specials).  some folks, who want to lower the bike a little more will go with the progressive mono shock up front with 1'' lower, which would be about the same as the ultra low model.
